Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse the site, select your product and click on any items that you wish to buy and select the quantity in the drop boxes provided. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We show UK Sterling prices as a guide on our site and the currency charged is always Pounds Sterling. We accept Visa , Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit and Solo cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use Barclays ePDQ secure payment system for our internet transactions so your credit card details are not held on our web site at any stage.

Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ’Remember Me’ Option.
Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with any items then please notify us that you wish to return the goods within eight days of your receipt of them. We will then issue you with a return reference number which will help us to ensure your return is processed correctly. Please then return the item to us in suitable packaging. You will pay for the cost of returning the item. If the returned item is in good condition and in the case of audio recordings dispatched shrink wrapped to you IS STILL WRAPPED then we will either send a replacement if you so request at our postage and packing cost or credit you in full including the original post and packaging cost. If any item is faulty then please contact us and then make the return as above but in this case we will supply you with a replacement item if available and full credit if not and we will also credit the cost of the return post.
