Delivery Schedule We aim to send your order, unless its out of stock, within a maximum of 5 working days and normally within 3 working days. First class post in the UK should arrive the next day, continental European orders normally take 3 to 5 days to arrive and for the rest of the world allow 5 to 10 days after despatch. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you do not receive your goods within these timescales. If your item has not been received and signed for ( we will ask the Royal Mail for proof of delivery) then of course we will simply replace it for you.
